In the close surrounding area of the village in Stolbun the dose rate is negligible. After the break down of the Soviet Union people officially created their Russian Orthodox Church here. Before, the people in Stolbun have celebrated their orthodox religion secretly in their living rooms. The Orthodoy church became in Stolbun a mayor social community point and the film shows the celebration of „Desyatukha“.
